Prix/Disponibilité

Vous êtes intéressé? Vous voulez venir faire un séjour à Margionys? Nous sommes heureux de votre choix. Maintenant, ils ne nous restent que quelques détails à régler:

  1. Merci de choisir les dates de votre séjour. Puis, vous pouvez les sélectionner dans le calendrier ci-contre et vérifier les disponibilités. Vous pourrez découvrir un premier ordre de prix. Si la maison est libre, vous pouvez continuer la réservation. Si la maison est réservée, quelqu'un a déjà exprimer son intérêt de louer la maison mais n'a pas encore payé l'acompte de 30%. Il est peut-être encore possible que la maison soit finalement libre à ces dates.
  2. Afin de nous avertir de votre intérêt pour la maison, merci de remplir le questionnaire sous le calendrier. De plus, si vous avez la moindre question, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter par mail, par téléphone ou sur skype.
  3. Une fois vos informations reçues, nous marquerons les dates de votre choix comme « réservées » sur le calendrier. Nous vous enverrons alors une facture d'un montant de 30% de la somme totale de location qui sera un acompte. Merci de les régler sous 7 jours.
  4. A la réception de votre payement, nous marquerons les dates de votre choix comme « occupées ».
  5. Nous vous prierons de nous transférer les 70% restants au moins 5 jours avant votre arrivée.


A noter:

La durée minimum de location est de: 3 nuits
Si vous restez pour 5 nuits, vous pourrez obtenir:10% de réduction
Si vous restez pour 7 nuits, vous pourrez obtenir:15% de réduction
Nous vous demanderons d'arriver après 15h00 le premier jour de location et de quitter les lieux avant 12h00 le dernier jour. Cependant, nous pouvons nous entendre sur ces points, en prenant compte de votre meilleur intérêt et de celui d'autres locataires
